Inter Milan star Midfielder signed a new contract until 2026
Nicolo Barella has signed a new deal at Inter, which will keep him at the club until 2026.
The midfielder has been an instant success since joining the Nerazzurri in 2019 – initially on a loan deal from Cagliari. Since then he has made 102 appearances for the club, helping Inter secure a Scudetto last season.
International accolades have come during his time with the club too. After cementing himself as a starter for Italy, Barella was part of Roberto Mancini’s side that won Euro 2020 this summer.
As a reward for his fine performances in a blue-and-black shirt, he has been handed a fresh contract, with Inter confirming the news on Friday.
“FC Internazionale Milano is delighted to announce that Nicolo Barella has signed a contract extension with the club. The 24-year-old midfielder’s new deal will run until 30 June 2026,” a statement read.
